Assembling the garland is very easy -- you only need scissors to make a slit in some of the links, making them easy to put together. Instructions are included.
This SMALL garland kit is best for trees up to 12 inches tall. The links measure 10mm across. The finished garland will measure about 3 feet long when fully assembled. (This size is shown in the video.)
